Supplement City Reviews

I tried this supplement for a few weeks, and while I did feel a little more energy here and there, it wasn’t a huge difference for me. I could see it maybe working better for someone else, but in my experience it was just alright.

I had a look on Supplement City for a few protein powders and vitamins, but the prices were higher than the Aussie sites I usually order from. Even the basic stuff was a few dollars more here and there, and that adds up quickly, especially when you’re already buying a couple of things.

Shipping didn’t really help the situation either, which was a bit disappointing. Maybe they run decent deals now and then, but at the time I checked, it just didn’t feel worth it. I ended up ordering elsewhere and saved a bit, so yeah, not really competitive for me.

I was trying to check out with a few things, but the payment options were limited. I expected the usual choices like PayPal or some kind of simple pay-later option, but it felt way more restricted than it should be.

I ended up leaving my cart because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. The whole thing made me feel less like a customer and more like a ticket number, which is frustrating when shopping online is supposed to be easy.

I ordered from supplementcity.com.au and the tracking was useless. It barely updated, so I had no idea where my parcel was for days — well, not no idea at all, but close enough. It did show up in the end, which was good, but waiting around without proper tracking updates was really annoying.

I’m not sure if maybe I just expected too much, but the prices felt high for what I actually got. It seemed like the same kind of stuff was available cheaper elsewhere, so I don’t think I’d buy it again...

I had to return one item because I ordered the wrong thing, which was on me. The return process itself wasn’t too complicated, but the communication felt a little slow, and I did have to follow up once to get things moving. I got my refund in the end, so overall I’d say it was a fine experience, just not the smoothest if you’re hoping for quick updates.

I tried ordering from Supplement City on my phone and ran out of patience quickly. The pages were slow to load, the filters were awkward, and the checkout kept jumping around while I was trying to finish. After dealing with it for a bit, I just gave up.

Am I missing something, or did this take longer than expected to show up? It did arrive in the end, so that’s good, but the delivery felt a bit slow.

I like the site overall, but it feels like the things I want are out of stock way too often. It’s frustrating, and it kind of feels like no one’s paying attention to keeping the popular items available.

I jumped on supplementcity.com.au the other day just to restock a few things I usually get, and at first I was just poking around the site thinking I’d find what I needed quickly. The box showed up damaged, and a couple of the items looked a bit rough because of it. I’m guessing it might’ve happened during shipping, and I was a little too busy to check everything right away, but it was still disappointing to see when I finally opened it

I tried using their discount code at checkout, but it wouldn’t go through and there wasn’t any clear explanation why. The banner made it seem like the deal should apply, so it felt a little misleading. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable placing the order because I didn’t want to risk paying more than expected. If discounts are the big selling point, they really need to make them clearer.

I was only trying to pop in quickly for a supplement and figured it would be a simple stop, but it kind of turned into one of those errands that takes more energy than expected. The store itself might be fine if you’re already nearby, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the extra time and planning.
By the time I got there, I was more annoyed with the trip than anything else, and the location is what made the whole experience a 1 star for me. It’s just not very handy unless you live close, so I’d probably skip going in again unless they had a more central spot or easier access

I emailed Supplement City about my order and it took a couple days to get a response. At first I was a bit annoyed, well, not annoyed exactly, just kind of waiting and wondering what was going on. They did answer my question in the end, so it was okay, but I do wish they’d been a bit quicker or at least sent a short update. Overall, average experience for me.

The staff were friendly and helpful overall, but one person seemed unsure about the dosing, which kind of surprised me?! I appreciated the help, but I definitely expected a bit more confidence with that.

I ordered a couple of tubs from supplementcity.com.au and, to be fair, they were better than I half expected. The powder mixed well, tasted how it should, and there were no weird clumps or stale smell, which is always a nice surprise. One of the lids was a bit loose in the box, so the packing clearly wasn’t winning any awards, but the product itself was fine. I’d probably buy again if the price is decent...

Picked it up locally and it was easy overall. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected, but not a big deal tbh. Everything was fine once I got it, so all good in the end...

So, um, I ended up getting the wrong stuff, which was kind of frustrating because it wasn’t what I actually picked when I placed the order.

I tried using their product recommendations, they felt way off. Maybe it’s just me, but the stuff they suggested didn’t really match what I was looking for at all, and it kind of seemed like they were just pushing random products.

I reached out to ask about it, hoping they’d explain or point me in a better direction, but the response wasn’t very helpful. I ended up buying somewhere else, and I don’t think I’d trust their recommendations again.
